The deadline for filing of ECI is always 3 months subsequent to the financial year end.

Preparation of Tax Computation
Upon finalising the financial statements for the year ended, we begin the computation of corporate taxation. Each tax item will be properly computed to minimise tax exposure.
- Non-deductible income expenses
- Allowed double deduction
- Balancing charge
- Capital allowance
- Tax losses
- Separate source of income
- Interest adjustments
We will also advise the best alternatives to minimise tax amounts charged.
Income Tax (Form C/Form C-S)
Once the tax computation is completed, companies will then require to prepare an income tax form to be submitted online or by mail. This is the piece of form to confirm the final tax charge for the Year of Assessment. A Notice-Of-Assessment will be issued by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) subsequent to the submission of Income Tax Form C/C-S. Any incremental tax paid or to be refunded after offsetting ECI previously will dealt with accordingly.
